• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• We will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use

4. Use of the Application

4.1 Permitted Use:

• Share legal and appropriate content
• Use available features responsibly

4.2 Prohibited Use:

• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Harassing or bullying other users
• Impersonating others
• Spreading false or misleading information
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the application
• Using automated programs or bots
• Collecting user information without permission

5. Content

5.1 User Content:

• You are responsible for the content you publish
• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use the content to operate the service

5.2 Content Moderation:

• We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these terms
• We may delete violating content without prior notice

6. In-App Purchases

6.1 Pricing and Payment:

• All prices are displayed in local currency
• Payment is processed through Google Play
• All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

6.2 Bots and Features:

• Purchased bots are valid for the specified duration
• We may update or modify features
• We do not guarantee permanent availability of features

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the application are reserved to us, including:

• Design and interface
• Logo and trademark
• Code and software
• Original content

8. Service Termination

8.1 By You:

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings

8.2 By Us:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violated these terms
• You violated applicable laws
• You used the application in a harmful manner

9. Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" without any warranties:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We do not guarantee the application is error-free
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Content of other users
• Service interruptions

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• Email
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
